Mark Lowrie

Director

Mark Lowrie

I’m Mark and the Director and Owner of Twentysix Recruitment. My experience and background come predominantly from the Leisure and Recruitment Industry spanning 24 years in total, having worked overseas for Thomas Cook for 10 years and a further 8 years with a large high street recruiter, before finally starting Twentysix Recruitment in 2013.

I’m driven in my work life by service and reputation, and I take my responsibilities in Twentysix seriously. I am a father of twins and a husband to wife and business partner Leanne. I truly believe that my family is the foundation that everything else is built upon.

I have written a short bio on the team below. I could have banged on about them endlessly but thought I’d spare you! The team is forever growing so new members will appear as time progresses. Needless to say that I’m incredibly proud of the team and the work they do.

Leanne Lowry

Director

Leanne Lowrie

Leanne is the second Director and Owner of Twentysix Recruitment. We worked very closely to set the business up and decide upon what we wanted to achieve and how we wanted to stand apart from the big high-street recruiters in the industry, and that was to provide individualised service for our workers and clients alike and always to come from a standpoint of integrity and provide excellent service.

Leanne’s background saw 10 years in the Leisure industry, spending summer’s working overseas and winter’s travelling the UK recruiting staff for one of the largest and now sadly obsolete Tour Operators, Thomas Cook.

Leanne’s career then led to a further 10 years in Secondary and Higher Education, with all roles having ‘people’ at the heart of them and a focus on helping others to reach their potential.

Leanne is responsible for Twentysix’s Marketing and continues to work on shaping the future direction for Twentysix and the ongoing review of how we can continue to improve and provide the best service we can out there in our industry.

As well as all that, Leanne is also Mummy to our twins and a slightly hairier third child – Max the dog!

All this and she still manages to get to Zumba class!

Tom D’Rosario

Tom joined the Twentysix team in November 2021, bringing a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry. Starting his career in the pub trade, then finding his calling in the golf industry, working in multiple golf clubs across the South of the UK for over ten years.

Tom is a qualified Chef and has held other positions such as Wedding and Events Manager and, more recently, Hospitality Manager within the Leisure Industry. Tom brings an In-depth and diverse perspective on the Hospitality Industry, which is crucial to the role here at Twentysix.

Tom’s interests include golf, running and cooking. As expected, Tom has spent a large part of his career dabbling in golf, and he’s also run multiple half marathons. Time to dust off those trainers again!

Max Lowry, the dog

Director of Belly-Rubs

Max Lowrie

This is Max, he is our crazy 18-month-old Sprocker and the Director of Belly-Rubs here at Twentysix Recruitment and he takes his role very seriously! Although Max is new to the team, his contribution cannot be overlooked, always providing over-excitement, protective barks and leg-snuggles whether you want it or not!

He demands high levels of attention and expects belly-rubs in any given situation.

While not a full-time member of the office, being such a handsome chap, he can often be found wandering the building, flirting with other female members who also work here at the Cashiers Office. His fluffy ears and wagging tail are irresistible to all those who encounter him.

Other interests include sleeping, using his nose to sniff out all sorts of wild and interesting things (especially food), walks and cuddles on the sofa in the evening.

What a loveable waste of time! 😊
