If you complete a successful probationary period and are offered a permanent role, you will benefit from a government pension, sick leave, childcare vouchers and 33 days holiday per year, rising every year of service.

This role would suit a candidate that is capable of dealing with a busy service, while multi-tasking and working well under pressure.
Communication is important in this role, so the ability to liaise with customers and clients quickly, in a polite manner and also deal with complaints and questions efficiently is desirable.
