Head Chef – Italian Restaurant

£32000 - £34000 per annum

We are looking for a Head Chef for a small Italian Restaurant based in Folkestone.

Average 45 hour week, 5 over 7. Opening hours are 11.30am-9pm. Beautiful location.

You’ll be responsible for managing a small team of 4-5 staff including rotas and staff development/training.

Produce is all fresh with a limited menu of 6 starters, 6 pizza choices and 4 pasta dishes.

You’ll be required to maintain food safety standards, ensure staff are sticking to spec, ordering, stock rotation and also work with the Front of House Management with cashing up.

The kitchen is open plan, with a wood fired pizza oven, and all equipment is new and in excellent condition.
