We are excited to announce another opening for a Recruitment Consultant here at 26 HQ, following further growth of our business.

Due to our expanding business, we seek to add another consultant to our team here at 26HQ in the Chatham Historic Dockyard. As the right candidate for this position, you will come from the Catering and Hospitality Industry and have held a seniority position within your role.

The task in hand.

As a consultant, it’s your job to ensure you meet the needs of our workers and help them find either ongoing temporary placement or one-off permanent jobs while providing excellent service to our customers. It’s both challenging and equally rewarding! Below is a short list of essential functions of a Consultant. As you can appreciate, this is not an exhaustive list!

  • Recruiting and managing new workers
  • Communicating to our clients
  • Increasing our client base
  • Creating adverts for your jobs
  • Supporting the team.

You’ll be working within a small, dynamic, outgoing and personable team. You’ll be trained and mentored to reach your full potential and benefit from an uncapped earning potential as bonus on top of your annual salary.

What’s expected?

We expect you to come with all the skills and knowledge of working within the Catering and Hospitality Industry, and we will train you to become a recruiter. There are some skills and personal attributes we cannot teach, so we need you to come with these as well. Here are some of those attributes

Strong people skills form a large part of the job as a consultant, and you are expected to make phone calls, video calls and meet both candidates and clients In person. You will also have transport and will be able to travel for work if needs be.
